SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at The Bedroom DNA. This policy details the terms and conditions of our shipping and delivery process.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Note on Handmade Items: 15 business days** for production before they are shipped. This will be mentioned on the product page.]

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Standard Shipping: Typically 7-10 business days to most PIN codes in India
Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, public holidays)

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. HANDLING OF FRAGILE ITEMS

Our products, especially in the home decor category, are fragile. Our team takes extra care to package your items securely using appropriate materials (e.g., bubble wrap, double-boxing) to ensure they reach you safely.

5. DAMAGED, LOST, OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with, opened, or visibly damaged upon delivery, please REFUSE to accept the package from the courier.
For any claims of items that are damaged during transit (and the damage was not visible from the outside), please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
All claims for transit damage are subject to our mandatory unboxing video requirement. Please contact us at within 24 hours of delivery.
