Many of our products at are made from natural materials and/or are handcrafted by skilled artisans. We celebrate the unique nature of these items. This disclaimer helps you understand the variations and care required for your purchase.

1. HANDMADE & HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS

  • Many of our products are handcrafted, and as such, they are not machine-made perfect.

  • Slight variations in color, print, texture, motifs, and finish are not defects. These are the hallmarks of a unique, handmade product and contribute to its charm and authenticity.

  • Example: An item you purchase may be marginally different in its finish or print from the product image, as each piece is one-of-a-kind.

2. NATURAL MATERIALS (Wood, Stone, Glass)

  • Wood: Our wooden items showcase the innate beauty of the material. Features such as knots, grain shading, natural splits, or minor variations in color are inherent to natural wood and are not considered flaws or defects.

  • Stone & Marble: Products made from natural stone (like marble or granite) will have unique and natural variations in veining, color, and texture. No two pieces are identical.

  • Hand-Blown Glass: Handcrafted glassware may contain slight imperfections, such as small air bubbles or tool marks. These are an unavoidable and characteristic part of the hand-blown process and are not defects.

3. BLOCK-PRINTED & DYED TEXTILES (Bed & Bath)

  • Our hand-block printed and naturally-dyed textiles (e.g., bed linens, towels) may have slight irregularities in their color, print, and weave.

  • Color Bleeding: Natural dyes may rub dry or bleed color when they come in contact with water for the first time. We recommend hand-washing these items separately in cold water for the first few washes. This is a natural characteristic, not a defect.

4. COLOR & DISPLAY DISCLAIMER

  • We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our products as accurately as possible.

  • However, please understand that actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This is because monitor and mobile screen color capabilities vary, and every device is calibrated differently.

  • We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product. Such variations in color will not be considered a valid reason for a defect claim or return.

5. PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • To ensure the longevity of your product, please follow the specific wash and care instructions provided on the product page or label.

  • Failure to follow care instructions (e.g., machine-washing a "hand-wash only" item) which results in damage, will void any possibility of return or claim.
