GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM

is committed to providing a transparent, effective, and efficient mechanism for resolving all customer grievances. We operate in full compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.

Grievance Handling Timeline:

In accordance with the law, the Grievance Officer shall acknowledge your grievance within twenty-four (24) hours of its receipt. We will make our best efforts to resolve the grievance expeditiously, and in any case, within the timelines stipulated by law (which is fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt for matters under the IT Rules, and one (1) month from the date of receipt for matters under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules).
